Ok well I was on their deluxe package, then switched to a basic basic as it's an 8 page site with a very limited php script that runs fine.
But after reading everywhere I decided to give it our all for better results with a static IP address. After much to do to downgrade and get the static IP address, I'm finding that it is really not a static IP address?
Now when I type the IP address in, the website does show up...
On their control panel however, it shows the following:
Server IP Address: 68.178.254.114
Dedicated Hosting IP: 208.109.#*$!.#*$!
---------------------------------------------------
Then when I use Whois from domain tools I get this:
Server Type: Apache
IP Address: 68.178.254.25 [Whois] [Reverse-Ip] [Ping] [DNS Lookup] [Traceroute]
IP Location United States - Arizona - Scottsdale - Go Daddy Software
Response Code: 200
Blacklist Status: Clear
Domain Status: Registered And Active Website
------------------------------------------------
What can I do to ensure I'm getting what I paid for here? Are they providing me with their internal server IP address or the place externally where I site but I have another external mapped to the other external?
I'm confused..
