I am very pleased with Outlook 2007. It seems that the rules are now part of the Outlook.pst file which makes backing up a little easier.

Is there anyway though to back up the user account details, passwords, usernames, servers etc?

That way if there were ever a problem I wouldn't need to reenter them all manually.
