Is this going to penalize my results with search engines? They seem to have indexed nearly every URL of my website to use on some "product search engine".. I've contacted them twice and asked them to remove my website from their directory, but every request has went ignored.

Basically when i search "myurl.com" in google, I see a listing to this website called <snip>.. it has the title of my pages and a 302 redirect to that page.

I've gotten absolutely zero traffic from this website and I've heard nothing about bad press for 302s and hijacking whatnots... so is this site hurting me by scraping my products?

[edit reason] We don't need the specific site, thanks. [/edit]

There are some good threads on solving canonical issues in the Google forum (a search should reveal them for you). Getting your server configuration right is the starting point.

Any search for any domain will always reveal other people that mention your URL. You can only have the #1 and #2 spots at best, for example:-

[google.co.uk...]

It's not a problem as long as you have a correctly configured server and as long as they're not actually outranking you for a search on your domain. If they are outranking you, there are likely to be some more serious issues at the root of the problem.
