Revenue from online advertising grew sharply in the first quarter of this year, according to data released Wednesday by the Interactive Advertising Bureau and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Internet advertising revenue rose to $4.9 billion in the quarter, a 26% increase over the first quarter of 2006.

Can that be right if Google's Q1 ad revenue was $3.6B?

I'm sure that Yahoo! Sponsored Search has probably helped that number increase dramatically.

I know that in my Niche costs for keywords are up 500% post "panama".

I'm sure that Google AdWords has probably helped that number increase dramatically.
I know that in my Niche most of the sites that were on page 1 are now -950.
