I found similar websites that have ads all over the place. When you hover the pointer over the link it shows the direct link rather than the advertising company such as Yahoo or Google.

I was wondering if someone can briefly explain what these sites are and how they benefit from linking to other sites. Do these websites create links themselves or do they run a software?

Is this domain parking or is it spam?
