What is the difference between them AFA SEO is concerned?

I have a couple of websites where each consists solely of a hosted WordPress blog and its associated posts and pages.

What is the difference AFA SEO is concerned between WP posts and WP pages?

When do I post and when do I create a new page if my main objectives are to achieve the best possible search engine positioning?

I'm sorry if this has been covered; I couldn't find it with my search.

You'd probably be best to concentrate on what works best for your users and fits your layout and style. Success with users leads to success with search.
