bcpz all root folders have been uploaded to one of the root folder so all pages are considered as duplicate hence site had got penalty for the duplicate contant.

Now i asked for the log file who had done this and all. they have simply delete the log file and saying that we dont have any information like that. Pls check yourself.

I need expert comment that how we can sue this company in India. hosting company is having high rankings over the engines with hosting keywords and making fool to their clients and playing with their sites over the servers and using the rights unethically.
