One page name in main menu and other in a browser?

Hi,

I'll be very greatful if you can help me with that problem.I saw a website who target for example:"blue widgets".In google this url look's like this: www.example.com/blue_widgets_contact.And when I look into the site,in the page menu,page name was: contact?
How they hide the keywords in the page menu?

This could be the result of one of two things: the first being that the initial page redirects to a new page with the new name, and the second possibility is that the site is using frames.
