CRT to increase ranking in organic results in Adition to PPC

Hi there,

In the PPC game with Adwords and maybe others, the click through ratio increase your ranking nearer the top of the sponsored results.

Would the same apply to organic results? Would a catchy and proper description that makes the visitors click on your link move you up the organic results?

Although both games are different , but user would for sure tend to click the website where it finds his keyword in title etc...and is at fairly among top websites
