It is a site that lets people make (and later login and edit) web pages. The pages are pretty simple with one image and a few text fields. People fill 3 forms to enter data (nothing wyswyg type). I store their personal info ,login info, page content and some privacy settings in db. The look and feel is not fancy so work on the front end is minimal. There is also an admin interface to accept or reject new pages.
I am using php, mysql (no cms) and smarty for templates.
The question is a little ambigious but I thougth I should ask more experienced people to find out if I am taking way too much time.
In my situations though, clients seem to always request an addition or update during the initial phases. It's usually something like: "Oh by the way, can we add this to the site too?"
That often causes the delivery date to be pushed back.
However, if you agreed on a delivery date with your client, you should work hard to meet that deadline.
