want some help from all webmasters

360 feedback tool integration [urgent]

Hi all

I wanted a script for my website which will allow users to create there own 360 feedback form and send it across to all the emails they want.

Once they get all the feedback it should go to a database and it has to be shown as a graph and also get the raw data.

of course there should be few more access rights, security and other features..

Please suggest me a script where i will get all these features.

What's a 360 feedback form? Could you explain that in more detail?

Bill, 360 feedback is a management style used, probably best summarized as

the idea of increasing employee influence and autonomy ("employee empowerment") became popular, the thought arose that a manager ought to receive management style feedback from more than one source, from those who knew them best: their subordinates, their boss, their peers and themselves. This information was usually gathered via numerical surveys and open-ended questionnaires.

One of the companies I used to work for, ADP, was really big on it. My current company uses a technology called Six Sigma, another type of management process utilitized to maximize efficeincy.

youfoundjake is correct and it exactly means the same.. so people can make there own survey and send it to there teams..

so can anyone suggest me a good script which will all these kinds of features.
