You can sign up for an e-mail to notify you when the system's open again. They don't seem to be posting much information of late, so it's hard to tell whether the service will even continue as before.

that is true. we have a jotspot account from pre-acquisiton time and that seems to work just fine but obviously there is no new development etc.
