Does anyone have the code for starting a video on mute? I need the code for playing a windows media file, but it would be cool to have it for a flash videos also! thanks in advance!

That may be to much intergration into the OS that is not allowed, maybe a work around is to slowly fade in the soundtrack.

even to start with the volume on 0 = mute.......on line a youtube video and so on.............

try this in the object tag parameters, add the following <PARAM NAME="Mute" VALUE="True">
