301 Redirect for phpBB

Hi everyone:

I run a discussion forum (phpBB 2.0.19) and I noticed that I'm getting different page ranks for:

domain.com/

vs.

domain.com/index.php

It appears that Google is indexing each URL structure as separate pages. My 'domain.com/' URL is getting the higher page rank. What's the best way to do a 301 redirect of my index.php in phpBB?

If you're IIS, you probably won't to repost in the Microsoft forum.
