Two South Korean computer programmers have been arrested on suspicion of sending out 1.6 billion spam e-mail messages in violation of the country's commerce laws, police said on Tuesday.The two men, one aged 20 and the other 26, are suspected of sending out the unsolicited e-mail messages between September and December last year in what police describe as one of the biggest spam blasts in the country's history.

Its interesting, I hope governments pull more money into catching spam gangs etc, however I would rather less wars and more health and children care etc etc
So it is ok to steal someones identity, and it is ok to con someone into buying crappy stock and it is ok to push illegal drugs.
Interesting.........and to wonder why our world is going to hell.
