can't find support that isn't customer oriented

I recently moved my site to a new server, and the IP was briefly an open relay before I got it. I got the address removed from the single blacklist (RBL) it was in and the problems went away for the most part. I still had to contact Comcast and AOL to remove their blocks however.

Now I see Earthlink and RR have been bouncing emails too, but these folks aren't even providing a contact page for their blacklists. Anyone know of who you contact in these companies for something like this?

I probably should have just requested a different IP for my server, but wasn't sure I'd end up with one that was worse off or not. I only use it to run a simple messageboard, so it's not like I'm sending massive amounts of email, otherwise I probably would have.

The server that hosts my site has been blocked from RR twice. I didn't deal with it myself, just sent the headers to my host.

There should be a link in the notification you received:
[security.rr.com...]
with your ip address on the end. If you go there it will show you which list is blocking the email, and there's an email contact address for RR as well.

I checked that page, and they don't show my IP as flagged anymore. I also don't see any more bounces from RR, so maybe that one righted itself. I know from reading their page that they do use the blacklist my IP was getting blocked by originally, so maybe they were just slow in getting their updates.

thanks!
