I have used several "Community Websites" over the years that incorporate everything for a Homeowner's Association - all without fail (IMO) are chronic.

Has anyone got any half decent ideas I could use to build a new community site?

I did go to Infopop/Groupee/UBB but they are under some kind of change at the pressent....
