It looks good...but I dont know anyone who managed to get people to advertise on their site ... the network ads are nothing compared to Adsense.....
From what I can see, you might be able to control who you advertise as well (?) which, if so, if a lot better than adsense. Just placing adsense on there is OK, but you are advertising almost any company
