I have found list of few open crm softwares , thought might be helpful to you too

1)Compiere
2)Openbravo CRM
3)opentaps CRM
4)]project open[ CRM
5)vtiger CRM

if you have any expererience of any of these give your comments or anyother point you want to share

Have you tried any of these yourself yet, benevolent001? If so, which did you like/dislike and for what reasons?
