What's a good free link directory script that's SEO friendly?

I've just thought of a great idea for an link directory, it's not adult or some law quality link dump.

What's a good free link directory script that is SEO friendly and creates static pages? Something that is easily moddable would be nice too and also easy to transfer to a different a script if it gets big.

I also forgot to add that I need it to have a template system...maybe this is too much to ask for a free script, eh?

actually, I guess if the script has all the above features, i wouldn't mind putting a hundred or 2 down for it.

Or would it better to get one written for me?
