Checking against a proxy list.

Is there an easy way to check against a proxy list?

Hello everyone. I am running a contest on one of my forums and need to check registrations to see if people are using proxy surfing programs to falsely inflate their referrals.

Does anyone know how I could go about this easily? Any premade PHP classes or services I can use?

It really depends on what software you're using, meaning maybe there is a package for your forum software. But you might be able to achieve the desired result by using an analytics program and checking on IPs that crop up too often.
