seems a bit weird as it takes you to several sites. I'm runing adware etc now.

I don't know much about this, but is it possible for someone to hijack your stats somehow?

I know a while back I had a problem with referral spam, not sure if this is the same thing, but I would definatly block this one from your cpanel if you are able to.
