What is the best webmail client?

And what hosting companies/packages offer it?

I am setting up a domain for a person I know, and pretty much the only thing it will be used for is e-mail addresses. Most of the users will likely want to access their mail over the web as opposed to Outlook or the like, so I'd like to know what webmail client is the best.

Many of their current workers use hotmail so a client similar to that would be good.

What hosting companies would be the best for this? It only needs a good amount of space for large attachments, and obviously no attachment size limit.

My host uses Squirrelmail for webmaill AND has IMAP and POP access as well so you can use Outlook or Eudora. I can acces my emails from my phone, Outlook, and web and they all sync. PM me for the name I have been happy with them. Oh and they have a great refund policy if you are unhappy with them. That usually means nobody askes for refunds.

Squirrel Mail is what most use. Your attachment size will only be limited by php settings (max file upload size and max post size) and perhaps apache settings.
