The question is rather meaningless without being able to see the complete picture.
For example, some of my sites are seeing a surge in traffic - probably because I have been adding new content on a daily basis.
It depends on many other factors, too - what industry are you in? Is it a commerce site? Are you actively performing SEO, has traffic dropped mainly from a certain source, or across the board?

So, to answer your question, yes I'm sure there are lots of sites seeing a drop in traffic, but the reasons may not be related at all to the reasons you are.
