Yesterday was absolutely my worst day of the year online, traffic, adsense and sales of products were the worst I've seen it so far this year. I think I'm going to mark August 14th on my calendar for next year and take the day off ;~)

Yesterday was my #8 best day of 2006. August seems to be treating me pretty well, although I'm not setting any records. Jan/Feb was the best for me this year.

The problem with making this kind of declaration is that the year is not over yet. :-)

Call it a "low benchmark." Nowhere to go but UP, right?

That's the way I hope it turns our ;~0. When 9/11 happened things went completely dead for almost three weeks on my site, I think this last sest of alerts over bombs on the airlines brought that back a bit.

Aug. 14 was one of our best days of the year. Almost double an average day.
