Receiving donations via Paypal + Credit cards

How do I set up a donation payment option in paypal for donators to choose whether they wish to donate money from their own paypal account or pay via credit card.

I have a premier account. I want to my page to directly to go to the page where it has two options, 'Don't Have a PayPal Account?' and 'Have a PayPal Account'?

Please give me the directions on how to set this up.

When you make a Paypal donation you are offered this option automatically.

Well I've made it but the page doesn't go to the page I have described.

I've never set up a donation page before, but does the "Paypal Account Optional" checkbox in your Paypal profile have any effect on how the donation page appears?
