A curious question. If you're a webmaster and you would like to get licenced. What would be the first step and what category does webmaster fall on to get registered?

Are you in China?.. I think they require license for operating on the web. I may be wrong but.....check with your local Central Committee member...

think of all the advantages! no more shoddy websites ... no SPAM, NO VIRUSES, and a valid way to punish the offenders! take away their toys!
