Its a Flash application that has the same vectors and almost certainly the same AS code. Is there anything I can do? I'm in the UK - they're in Brazil.
Contact the people using your .fla with a cease and desist letter.
I'd also contact the organisation who presented the award.
In a brief encounter, in a similar situation, I did just that - Having them know you are onto them can be enough to scare them away, and pull your content.
