I bought a used computer, and when I type in the first letter to search for a topic, or in the Address bar, for [www....] a lot of unwanted past search topics and web addresses come up automacticaly. How can I delete these past searches on Google and Yahoo from this computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try deleting your Temporary Internet Files and clearing your history. For Internet Explorer browser you would go to Tools and then Internet Options.

Or "Clear History" on the Google or Yahoo toolbar.

Also in Internet Explorer, you have to use another option to delete searches you've typed in the Google or Yahoo search boxes.

Go to Tools> Internet Options> Content> AutoComplete

Click the Clear Forms button to remove past searches you've typed in the Google, Yahoo, or any other search engine's searchbox.

Like Truezeta said, be sure to also click the Clear History box to remove past URL's.
