I am operating a new-auction style, work-at-home site. It appears that a group of people is intentionally trying to ruin the site’s reputation. They are entering hundreds of phony projects and bids then refusing to perform. Any ideas on how to deal with this issue?
thank you

Try to find the IP addresses these people use to access your site and block them.

Do people need to sign up before entering projects or bid on the projects? In that case refusing anonymous emails from hotmail, gmail and yahoo accounts may help.
