You can embed the MySpace player and use the unique ID variable to hotlink the video.

I find the idea amusing as I often have to stop MySpacers hotlinking my stuff.

I wouldn't do it myself, though presumably NewsCorp can afford the bandwidth.

But even if you have the permission of the "someone" you mention, as Samizdata points out, the use of NewsCorp's bandwidth may be an issue.
