Old Email Adress Problem of X.com

Hi,

I had an account.It was connected my previous email adress.Then i needed to download X.com backup.The account asked me to check my email adress but it was the old adress.I tried to change my email adress but x.com sent the recovery mail to old email adress.I did not have access to old email adress.So I had to turn off the X.com account. I hope someone from X.com see this and solve this problem.

Don’t hold your breath. I think someone from G### and possibly bing did formerly follow WebmasterWorld, but you can’t count on even that.

Pretty sure no one from X that could help would be passing by. Have you tried to contact the people at X after the email issue?

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your account, you no longer have an active account. That is common practice on most platforms and usually spelled out clearly in their terms of service.
