For 2024-02-15 Twitter reports 467 impressions and 282 clicks.
The log files of my site show:
1072 accesses to landing page
The first what the landing page does is to load a javascript
138 accesses to the javascript
There is on this page a PDF for download 3 times linked on prominent places
There is not a single access to this PDF.
Twitter shows no interactions as like, comment or follow my account

X (Twitter) counts each 2 seconds view as an "impression" so yes, it can produce highly misleading numbers. You had 138 views of the page.
