I Am New Here Any-won tell me how can i Increase My Twitter Followers I posts daily on my twitter account i have 300+ posts on my twitter handal but there is only 2 followers. please give me advice.

Best advice on Twitter is to be engaged and natural ... have a "conversation" as @Jack likes to see. :)
You also have to engage with Others on twitter to build any kind of followers.

well you haven't said why you want to increase your followers or what kind of followers you want.
(first off as tangor said you need to engage with others - eg. if they like a post or follow you then at least message them ... but also comment on other people's tweets)
once the above is understood ... here is a foolproof way to increase your followers and shares ...
1. Post contraversial views about religion, do not say anything bad about the twitter approved religions, however bash or mock the religions that twitter frowns upon.
2. repeat above but with politics rather than religion.
... although the above is absolutely true, it may not attract the people you want ... however the principles remain true.
whatever your niche is, don't post boring mundane stuff, be contraversial, be radical, be extreme - basically, get noticed. (also there are tons of bots on twitter - forget them, don't follow them back or bother engaging with them .. generally they are easy to spot, they will often like your post based on a keyword within it)

These days twitter is all over "controversy" like white on rice and sure fire way to get banned!

actually controvery will only get you banned depending on your viewpoint/stance.
however what is considered acceptable/unacceptable can change at any time of course.
... depending on your niche though you can be contoversial without being political and it won't attract the twitter sensors in any way ... it may well attract attention though.(within your niche)

And it does, routinely. (sigh)
As always, pick and choose your options before proceeding.
(note: Twitter is on a short fuse these days ... observe the feeds for a month or so before embarking on any marketing that might be "verbotten".
Write controversy tweets, support all kind of conspiracy theories, there will always be folks happy to count you on board and follow you. Do not forget to write one things and its opposite too , like that you'll get attention from both sides ...
Also, follow everybody, among them a given fraction will follow you back ...
Now, all depends of your motivations, because the results might not be what you expect ... :)
edit: and don't forget that The Internet never forgets, so, whatever you do , post or say, can one day backfire to you ...
