I like to review websites and documents by means of my website Twitter-page.
Really one it was only a brand page but later I began using it to promote the best informations/website about some subjects I like.
Now I've noticed a person whose page I've linked on my website has started giving many likes to my website (and less RTs), so I started making Rts of his page, because I usually like to give reciprocal promotion. But I realize I can't go on, because I can't focus on this page only. Furthermore I suppose there's something in this behaviour that is hacking my website in the google-SEO.

I've found no information on such issue in the internet, but I suppose that the ranking of my website could suffer this social behaviour, I'm now almost compelled to.
I feel like I have been hacked.

Is this RT attitude dangerous to my website?
If so, is there any way to revert a fall in website-SEO without deleting the social-media pages?
