Twitter overwhelmed after death of Steve Jobs

Twitter couldn't handle the load generated by all of the sympathies for Steve Jobs that occurred late yesterday and early today. Makes me wonder how susceptible they are.

The whole of twitter was inaccessible for hours today. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the volume of yesterday.

I'm not a tweeter, but some of my friends are. They, too, wondered if Jobs' check out was the reason.

Lol, interesting things are happening. PR is (apparently) disappearing, Twitter is crashing... I don't think that Steve Jobs' death has anything to do with it, no mater how much of a loss it would be.
