I know this might be a broad question but I need to see if this is even possible before I move on any further.

Say I send out a tweet that goes something like this

"Hi, we are acme company, get an entry into our contest to win a widget" RT this to get your entry."

I know I will have to have a twitter API expert program this, but will I be able to find out who RT'ed it via the API?

For example I want it to be automated to see who actually rT'ed it. Meaning I want that info to go into a DB.
