Most of the Sites has major dropped in Hotbot & Lycos?
Why it is so is there any changes in hotbot algorithm?

Nobody uses Hotbot and Lycos any more. :) The search world is largely split between Google / Yahoo / Microsoft with Google being the leader.

Ranking well in Google and MSN but not in Yahoo is fairly common. Check out the Yahoo forums on Webmasterworld.
