A tool which can analyse text and give densities for phrases

I am trying to analyse keyword densities for text I plan to publish on my site before it goes live.
I therefore need a tool which allows you to paste in text rather than a URL to analyse. I have found a few out there, but none which will give me densities for 2,3,4 word phrases.
