I have a small question to ask.....

I am having a big website which is doing good in the industry. But though its still needs to improve in terms of organic rankings. Few days ago I suddenly noticed that my website (active and incative) links are there on so many blogs....though they are related to the industry.....

So my question is - what those blogger will gain out of it and what impact it can have on my website....

pls advice....
