Hi,
Would like to have some clarity on the complications and effects caused while pointing mutiple domain name to one site.
To my knowledge Google doesn't see server settings but check web page setting.
My worry is;
- Will this effect the ranking of the Main site
- Will the other Domains be Banned.

Also would like to know any other method except "301 redirect" we could use.

You'd be well advised to reread SE guidelines, as your answer depends a little on exactly what you mean by doorway pages.

In general, you can 301 redirect unlimited empty domains to your content domain. Any other method of redirect carries problems or risk - some quite high risk.
