I think first time seeing this?

Got a hit from 65.21.107.76 either yesterday or today. User agent was:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Seekport Crawler; [seekport.com...]

It asked for robots, then my default page. The IP is Hetzner, in a CIDR that must have been recently assigned because when I checked today there are 2 Hetzner CIDR's that weren't in my router's blocking list, and this was one of them.

Has Seekport been mentioned here before?

The original Seekport search engine went bankrupt in 2008. The domain has been acquired a few years ago by an SEO tools company and they try to give it a new life again. I had around 3000 hits in the last month. They focus on mainland Europe, so if you are outside that area, you may not see many hits.

All hits I have are from Hetzner, but from different IPs than the one you mentioned. If you blocked Hetzner already, that might be another reason why you didn't see them more.
