Do you mean it's distributed, or that the “host” is whatever human IP is using the tool?

As noted, it's a user-side tool (app) that saves & organizes (curates) whatever the user wants to organize: links, pics, etc.

Nice for mobile, otherwise the user has to get favorites from the mobile browser which is not as accessible as a desktop or laptop favorites list.
