Sure... tools don't kill websites, people do :)

Github is an inovative environment for tech development. It gives software writers support and peer interaction that advances that development.

However, it's when some of these tools are used at web properties without permission that the offense occurs.

Thankfully, we have control over who/what has access... which is the purpose of this User Agent forum.
