Rather than hi-jack another thread.
Does anybody use any quantity (more than 3) host lookups?
I have a solitary instance, and I'm about to remove that because it's used as an exception to a broken browser.

I do tons of them in real-time to validate search engines but I cache the result for 24 hours but I do it in PHP and not Apache.

Perhaps I should rephrase that.
Does anybody use any quantity (3 or more) of
RewriteCond %{REMOTE_HOST}
within their htaccess?
