I've only two other ranges besides the above.
64.191.0.0 - 64.191.127.255
66.197.128.0 - 66.197.255.255

There must be more?

I've got these:

64.120.128.0/17
184.22.0.0/16
184.82.0.0/16

bgp.he.net/AS21788 shows a ton on V4 prefixes.

I don't have any others that those given above but 66.197.0.0/17 is also servers - carpathia.
