On Sept. 17th, the same address ran a similarly-named bot:

The bot-runner's name choice last month may have run afoul of India's "Doond" (doond.com). Or maybe the bot-runner is Doond. Dunno.

Regardless, .secureserver.net is just another black cloud, like amazonaws. I've blocked 'em since late 2007.
