Website traffic decreased by 80% - Google Update 2022

Hi there,
My website traffic as well as leads decreased by 80% for particular geo but in GSC the data which is showing is totally fine. Clicks Impressions, CTR, Avg Pos. Then why in analytics users are so less ?
Google Analytics follows user consent settings so it is not as accurate as it once was. It requires you to have followed guidelines for your area to comply with newer privacy policies. Make sure you have implemented those requirements so your users can accept if they wish. This started quite a while ago but is more recently being noticed so I'd think it is fully implemented now. There are many posts in various threads here where others observe the same situation you mention. Depending on your location and the local implementation you may need to change some settings.
If you want to know with more certainty who (and what) visits your site, check your domain's access logs.
