Need help to solve this YMYL category question

I am still a freshman studying SEO. I need help to solve this problem

I am still a freshman studying SEO. The problem I have is with YMYL. And I need to tell you that I have zero E-A-T
I have to try to rank two websites that newly started and one website is about "A business advice website" and another one is about "Digital Marketing Agency website"

Question number 01,

My first question is, Both these websites belong to the YMYL category or not?

Question number 02,

Whether it is YMYL or not, imagine some website that Belonging to the YMYL category, and is it appropriate to "maintain a blog on the same website" that provides knowledge about the field to long-term rank in Google? (as previously mentioned I have zero E-A-T)

Question number 03

And how do I get E-A-T in long term?

Question number 04

So, What are the steps that I need to follow to rank these websites?

This is very frustrating and please help me to solve this problem

Depends on what kind of business you're giving advice for, and what you're marketing. If it's just generic business-and-marketing, then no.

This isn't an SEO question. The fact that you post this question in this forum suggests that you have no knowledge about the topics above. If you have no knowledge about these topics how could you possibly publish content on those topics.

If you want to publish a website, great, go for it, but I strongly recommend that you choose a topic that you are familiar with and for which you can provide value to your readers. The success is a function of the value you create for your readers. You cannot "SEO" garbage content to the top of the rankings (maybe for a short time), what you can do is help good or great content rise to the top. So SEO is necessary, but not sufficient.

One more "pro" tip, focus your attention on only one website. There is lot to do and lot to learn. One, even small, website provides more work than you realize. Once you have established the website and you have a steady audience, then you can think about expanding to a second.
