Is there a provider I can contact to send me info on the postal codes of international cities who share the same name? It’s for a project I’m working on. Any help would be nice.

Is this related to Local SEO in any way? I doubt whether a document of this type exists, but you could pay someone to collate city names, pull out the ones with a dupe, then run searches for a postcode.

[download.geonames.org...] might be a good start. They have location names, alternate names to those locations as well as postcode data.
If it's just highly populated cities, wikidata may also be a decent frame of reference.
